Bonnie leads biennial research on Trends in Executive Development, and has 40+ published works including a new book entitled Leading With Vision: The Leader’s Blueprint for Creating a Compelling Vision and Engaging the Workforce which is now available.

In 2016, Bonnie obtained the Harvard Business School Executive Education Program’s “Women on Boards: Succeeding as a Corporate Director” certification. Bonnie currently chairs two corporate boards and is also a member and previous chair of a nonprofit board.

After more than 30 years of research and reports, EDA’s Trends in Executive Development Report has become a trusted resource and industry benchmark created for talent and leadership development professionals as well as executives. The 2019 survey results identify both current and future trends impacting the executive development industry.
